Yeah, it wasn't easy. And if I could do it all over again, I honestly wouldn't.
I'd go kicking and screaming, and someone would have to pull me by the hair for it, but overall, I'm glad I did. I'm glad that I've been able to go on this weight loss journey with me, myself, and I.
To fight through the stream of "you can't do its" and "heh, I told you so's".
1 and 3 Americans are overweight, and yeah, I still fit into that category.
But I still push, daily.
I still research.
I've tried fad after fad diet, cut calories, and done my fair share of vhs workout videos (heh).
I still read labels, I still look to see what foods are better for me than others, and what weight loss trends are still noise. Throughout my weight loss journey, I've found what works and what doesn't.
When I hit the fifty pound mark (upon applauding myself) I reflected. I had gathered so much knowledge from my journey and had used a lot of that information to answer the one big question everyone was asking me:
"So how'd ya do it?"
I turned the answers to those questions into articles and started copywriting for weight loss businesses. And I don't mean to brag, buttt I can help you find out what you need to know about weight loss, period.
